I mentor and support professionals to grow their careers, having guided 1,000+ people worldwide, and thrive on helping juniors succeed.

I’ve built UX teams from scratch in B2B and B2C, established Usability Centers of Excellence, and implemented ResearchOps and DesignOps to deliver quality at speed.

At Shapermint (2020–2021), I built the UX department from the ground up, streamlining upsell flows to boost AOV by 15% and cut cancellations significantly. At Testlio (2021–2024), I transformed user insights into growth strategies, powering seamless experiences for global brands like Western Union and Wayfair. Now at Uberall (2024–Present), I lead 10 squads to scale AI-driven UX solutions, driving retention for enterprise giants like Starbucks and Shell.

I leadership style is by uplifting people. By mentoring global teams and fostering an ego-free culture, I create safe spaces where designers learn, grow, and build exceptional products.

  • The best experiences come from aligned teams, not heroic individuals. Discovery and planning are just as critical as execution.
